Surface Preparation: Clean and dry the surfaces to remove any dust, grease, or loose debris. For best adhesion, lightly roughen non-porous surfaces such as glass or plastic.
Application: Cut the tip of the cartridge to the desired bead size and load into a caulking gun. Apply the sealant evenly into the joint or gap, ensuring full contact with both surfaces.
Tooling: Smooth the applied sealant with a dampened tool or finger to achieve a clean and uniform finish.
Curing: Allow the sealant to cure for 24 hours for full hardness. The sealant skins over in about 10–15 minutes but requires full curing time.
Clean-up: Clean any excess sealant with a damp cloth before it cures. Once cured, the sealant can only be removed mechanically.
