Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, and loose particles. For porous surfaces, it may be necessary to prime the surface before application.
Application: Cut the nozzle of the foil pack to the desired size and load into a caulking gun. Apply the sealant into the joint, ensuring full coverage and no air pockets.
Tooling: Smooth the applied sealant with a dampened tool or finger to achieve a uniform, aesthetically pleasing finish.
Curing: Allow the sealant to cure for 24 hours. Skin formation occurs within 15–20 minutes, but full curing may take longer depending on environmental conditions and joint depth.
Clean-Up: Clean any excess sealant immediately with a damp cloth before it cures. Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically.
