EVERBUILD High Temperature Silicone Sealant is a premium, acetoxy cure silicone specially formulated for applications exposed to extreme heat. It remains permanently flexible and adheres well to most non-porous materials including glass, metal, and ceramics. Suitable for sealing and bonding in areas with continuous temperatures up to 250°C and intermittent exposure up to 300°C, this sealant is ideal for use in high-heat environments such as ovens, flues, boilers, and industrial sealing.

🧪 Instructions for Use:

  1. Prepare Surfaces: Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free of dust, oil, and grease.

  2. Apply the Sealant: Use a standard sealant gun. Cut nozzle to desired bead size and apply smoothly.

  3. Tooling: Finish within 5 minutes with a wet tool or spatula.

  4. Cure Time: Allow at least 24 hours before exposing to high temperatures. Full cure requires 24–72 hours depending on bead size.

  5. Clean-Up: Remove uncured sealant with white spirit or Everbuild Wonder Wipes.
